Hey everyone!
Its a New year and I am ready to rock this year in a BIG way!! I am 7 weeks out from my first pro show of the 2007 season! Feb.24th in Sacramento Ca.I just came back from 11 days down south to visit my family in Hilton Head SC and then we went to Florida for 4 days to stay at our condo in Palm Coast. It was such nice weather while we were there...sunny & in the 80's :)) I got a chance to lay out in the sun and feel the heat before coming back to NJ> It was so nice seeing my family, as I wont see them again until next Christmas unless they decide to come see me compete somewhere this yr. That would be great...I just dont think it will happen:( My back is holding up so far and my knees are giving me big time troubles, I have an ACL tear in my right knee with a cist behind the knee cap, I cant do some of the exercises that I need to do to get more size on my legs...but I manage to still get a good leg workout regardless, I think I will need knee surgery next year, which means I may have to take a year off from competing.But, thats ok, I have been going strong since 2002...and I NEED a break to heal all my broken body parts!! LOL! In the mean time, I will keep pumping away and will be so happy to be in Lightweight class again!! Yes, the IFBB has said that we have our classes back!! I am sooo happy about that! Now, I have a chance to do MUCH better! Happy New Year to all of you!!
